Bob began his career at G.H. Walker and also worked for Merrill Lynch, Drexel Burnham and Baldwin Brothers. In 1993, he and his brother formed Parsons Capital Management, Inc. Bob attended the Providence Country Day School and graduated from the Governor Dummer Academy in Byfield, MA. He attended the University of Denver and has over 35 years experience in investment management. Bob has served on a number of boards and committees including the Rhode Island Foundation, the Hay Harbor Club, the Gordon School, and the committee on investments for the Episcopal Diocese of RI. He is currently an investment committee member for St. Andrew’s School, Providence Public Library and the Rhode Island Foundation, as well as a board member for the Providence Mutual Fire Insurance Company. Bob continues to be an active member of the Fishers Island Club. |

Ged began working in equity marketing at Merrill Lynch in New York. Later, he worked with Bob at Drexel Burnham and Baldwin Brothers. Together, they formed Parsons Capital Management, Inc. in 1993. Ged attended the Providence Country Day School, Deerfield Academy and received a degree in accounting from Bucknell University. He has over 29 years experience in investment management. He has served on the board and as chairman of the Providence Preservation Society finance committee, on the board of governors for the Hope Club in Providence and on the boards of the Gordon School, the Community Preparatory School, and the United Way of Rhode Island where he was the 2002 Alexis de Tocqueville Society chairman. Ged is currently active in several clubs and organizations including the Fishers Island Club, the Fishers Island Utility Company, Rhode Island School of Design, and is a board member for the Pomfret School. |

Peter joined Parsons Capital Management in December 1994. Prior to that, Peter was a portfolio manager with Fleet Investment Advisors in Providence and worked in retail brokerage for Paine Webber in New York. He graduated from Brown University with a degree in international relations and has over 29 years experience in investment management. His professional memberships include the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Providence Society of Financial Analysts. In addition to various commitments with the Catholic Diocese of Providence, he has been a board member of the American Cancer Society of Rhode Island, the Gordon School finance committee, the Community Preparatory School, VNA of Rhode Island, and chairman of the VNA Foundation. Peter is currently a director of the Meehan Fund, Inc. |

David has been associated with Parsons Capital Management since the spring of 1999. He began working with Fleet Financial Group in 1980 and held senior positions with Fleet Investment Advisors and Fleet’s investment advisory subsidiary, The Providence Group. David holds a degree in economics from Lake Forest College and was awarded a certificate of special studies (CSS) in administration and management from Harvard University. During his career, he has earned the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). His professional memberships include the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Providence Society of Financial Analysts. In addition to being active in a variety of community organizations, David is a former member of the board of trustees and past treasurer of the Festival Ballet of Rhode Island. |

Ted joined Parsons Capital Management early in 1998 as a portfolio manager and director of research. Before working for Parsons Capital, he founded and sold a mail order and retail company. Ted attended Tabor Academy and holds a degree in economics from Hobart College. His professional memberships include the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Providence Society of Financial Analysts. In addition to being active in a variety of community organizations, Ted is a former board member of the Rose Island Lighthouse Foundation. Currently, Ted serves on the board and executive committee at the Meeting Street School and is chairman of their annual charity golf tournament. |
